The 5 days Rwanda Wildlife and Cultural Tour is a tour that will give you a chance to explore the savannah, rainforests and traditional and historical sites in Rwanda. On this tour you will see animals like elephants, buffaloes, giraffes, hippos, leopards and many more. You will also see lots of primates including gorillas, chimpanzees, monkeys and others. You will also get to interact with communities learn more about them and their traditions.

Day 1: Kigali City tour
Day one will start in Kigali; you will be up early, have breakfast and after you will head out to Kigali city for a tour to explore the beauty of Kigali. You will tour the Kigali Museum, Kigali Memorial Center and Kimoronko Market. On this tour you will learn about the local and national history of Rwanda, the genocide and at geography of Kigali. You will also visit the Kimoronko Giant Market and experience the colorful handmade arts and crafts made by the locals.
Your day will end in the late afternoon or evening and then you will head to your accommodation for dinner and good night rest.
Day 2: Drive to Nyungwe Forest

On this day you will be up early have breakfast and then head south to Nyungwe National Park. This is a whole day journey, though you will have meal stops along the way. When you arrive in Nyungwe you will check into your accommodation spend the rest of the evening at leisure later have dinner and good night rest.
Day 3: Chimpanzee trekking and Canopy walk
You will be up early, have breakfast and then after head to the park’s headquarters for a briefing before you enter the forest. The briefing will last about 20 mins and then you will enter the forest for your chimpanzee trekking experience. This whole experience will take about 4 to 5 hours. You will finish just in time for lunch time, you will have lunch rest for a while before you head out to experience the forest on a canopy walk..
You will go for a canopy walk in the forest, which will last for about two hours and after that you will head back to your accommodation for dinner and a night rest.
Day 4: Drive to Volcanoes National Park
You will be up early have breakfast and then head north to Volcanoes National Park where you will reach in the afternoon, check into your accommodation and spend the rest of the day in leisure.
Day 5: Mountain gorilla trekking and Departure
You will be up early have breakfast and after breakfast you will head to the park for a mountain gorilla trek brief. After the brief you will enter the forest for the trekking experience. You spend about 5 to 6 hours in the forest and after you will exit to head back to your accommodation.
You will have a late lunch at your accommodation and then after head to Kigali town. You will arrive in Kigali in the evening. The tour guide will drop you at a location of your choice.
