4 days Masai Mara safari : As one of the most famous wildlife conservation areas in Africa as well as around the world, Masai Mara national reserve offers a wide range of African wildlife that cannot be seen anywhere else, as well as endless rolling plains.
During the course of a 4 day Masai Mara safari, you have the opportunity to explore Maasai Mara national reserve in its entirety. This safari departs from Nairobi and ends in Nairobi. It is possible to spot some of the world’s trademark wildlife species on this safari, such as the Big Five Animals (lions, leopards, elephants, rhinos, cape buffaloes), among others.
Detailed itinerary of 4 Days Masai Mara safari
Day 01: Start of your Safari from Nairobi
Upon arrival in Nairobi at the Jomo Kenyatta International Airport, you will be warmly welcomed by our safari driver guide who will take you on a short briefing before leaving you on a journey to the Masai Mara national reserve which is one of Kenya’s top wildlife destinations as well as in Africa.
During your drive, you will make a stop at the Great Rift Valley on the way, where you will enjoy incredible views of the rift valley escarpments along the way. Finally, you will arrive in the reserve in time for lunch which you will have after checking into your lodge.
You will go for a game drive in the afternoon in order to locate animals such as lions, elephants, leopards, cheetahs, wildebeests, zebras and many others.
In the evening you will head back to your lodge for dinner and overnight.

Day 02: Enjoy Full day in Masai Mara
In the morning, after breakfast, you will proceed to the Masai Mara national reserve where you will enjoy a full game drive exploring and watching the abundance of wildlife. During the game drive you will be able to see several animals including lions, elephants, cape buffaloes, cheetah, zebras, African wild dogs, rhinos, elands, warthogs, Masai giraffes, and many bird species such as the Kori bustard, Fischer’s lovebird, and herons, among many others.

A picnic lunch is served in one of the picnic spots in the plains along the Mara River on the day of the game drive, and you will then go on another game drive to look for other animals.
In the evening you will head back to your lodge for dinner and overnight.

Day 03: Enjoy Full day in Masai Mara
A full day of game driving awaits you on the plains of the Masai Mara national reserve where you will have breakfast early in the morning. It is also possible to visit the Masai community and experience a hot air balloon ride, which will provide you with an aerial view of the savannah plains of the Masai Mara as well as the abundance of wildlife on this day.
In the evening you will head back to your lodge for dinner and overnight.

Day 04: Return to Nairobi
Early in the morning, you will go on a game drive with a guide, at the crack of dawn. In the morning, you will return to the camp for breakfast, check out, and embark on a journey back to Nairobi, where you will be dropped off at the airport for your flight back home.
