Detailed itinerary of 3 days Amboseli National Park Safari

Day 1: transfer to Amboseli national park

Upon arrival at Nairobi’s Jomo Kenyatta International Airport, your safari driver will pick you up from the airport and after a short safari briefing you will embark on a journey to the Amboseli national park for lunch, arriving there in the afternoon.

You will check into your lodge and then have lunch, after lunch you will go on a game drive to the plains of the park to observe free ranging elephants, lions, leopards, buffaloes, gazelles, giraffes, and many more animals within the park. In the evening you will return to your lodge, have dinner and spend the night there.

Day 2: morning and afternoon game drive

In the morning, tourists can enjoy a sunrise game drive in the park reflecting the snow-capped Mount Kilimanjaro as they wake up and have breakfast before heading to the park for a full day game drive in the afternoon. During this experience, tourists can witness a breathtaking sunrise reflecting the majestic Mount Kilimanjaro.

The early risers here include lions, elephants, and a variety of other animals, including antelopes, hartebeests, Masai giraffe, and many more such as large herds of elephants, antelopes, and hartebeests. Upon completion of the game drive, you will return to your lodge for a late breakfast before relaxing in your lodge while you await lunch. After lunch, you will head back to the Amboseli national park for another game drive where you will be able to spot many animals that occupy the park.

Day 3: transfer back to Nairobi

Take a leisurely breakfast in the morning, pack up your belongings, and check out of your lodge so you can embark on a drive to Nairobi. Upon exiting the park, you will have a game drive en-route and once you arrive in Nairobi, you will enjoy lunch and then be taken to the airport to catch your flight back home.
